Out of all of the 5-star hotels in Berlin, Hotel de Rome has, by far, the best location. There is a bit of construction going on nearby at the Schloss area, but you are right in front of the Berliner Dom, just a few steps to Museum Island. Their Rooftop Terrace is a great place for an apéritif, especially on a sunny day. If you want luxury with a superb location, go for it.
