Monsoon Lounge is part of the Monsoon Group, the same owners and operators of a few very nice restaurants in Tehran such as Divan. This is their Asian Fusion venue, with great tables on the balcony and one of the best places in the city to see and be seen. The food and service are excellent. A bit on the pricey side, but remember how far from the sea you are when ordering that sushi.
