Muzej Macura is 23km away from downtown Belgrade but it feels a world apart. The “windowless house” as locals call it, showcases the private collection and works of creative Vladimir Macura, focusing on 20th century avant-garde art. Art lovers will enjoy seeing the artworks not like in a museum but more like in Macura’s own house. Well, the place is his home too. Well worth visiting but send an email first to make sure its open (or just call ahead).
