Perhaps the best tempura in the world, Ten-ichi in Ginza is part of the neighborhood’s history. Make a booking and ask for the chef’s menu. You will not be disappointed. Each piece of tempura is like a small gem, with very little fat and rich in taste. Not cheap but worth the experience.
