Bunker was a a great surprise on my last trip to Bangkok. After having a coffee at Rocket I was on my way back to the hotel when I saw this beautiful and contemporary place, so I walked in to ask for a business card and to have a look at their menu. It is an impressive mix of culinary influences from East and West using prime ingredients such as foie gras and wagyu beef. The Seared Wild Spanish Octopus looks very appetizing as does the meat dishes. A treat. Open only for dinner and reservations are recommended. You can also pop up just for a drink at the stylish bar. It is a good option if you could not secure a table at Eat Me.
