Siam Paragon was the first major luxury shopping mall in the heart of Bangkok. It still draws incredible amounts of people. Even though most stores focus on the upmarket brands, its mix of stores has become a tad more democratic. You can have your teeth whitened or buy an Aston Martin while the kids spend time at the aquarium.
Thais are heavy users of malls and many spend their afternoons having tea and window shopping. Siam Paragon is one of the top choices. It is linked to the BTS SkyTrain and in the hot and muggy summer days, you will probably spend more time than you would like walking its long and wide corridors because of the perfect temperature.
