Elixir Juice Bar is there to prove Belgrade is by no means behind in any of the global trends. Healthy fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, tea and even alcoholic drinks prepared on the spot to make you feel great (the cocktails will make you feel fabulous after a few sips). It is a good place for a quick lunch of if you just feel peckish. The one at Strahinjica Bana has a nice sitting area by the sidewalk where you can people-watch.
