Toro is one among the swish eateries at Beton Hala, by the river, near Savamala. With a Latin menu with a focus on Peruvian and Mexican dishes ideal for sharing (think of ceviche, guacamole, tiraditos and quesadillas), Toro is a good option also for vegetarians. The outside area is very nice on sunny afternoons and to watch the sun go down. It can get quite crowded and smoky, but this is Belgrade. There is an English menu and good cocktails pairings.
