Ottorink is a cozy wine bar in Kreuzberg where you can sip several wines by the glass and enjoy some cheese and cold cuts with it. It is a nice place to relax and strike up interesting conversations. Over there I read a really nice sentence about wine. In German it goes “Wein ist aufgelöste Sonnenlicht” which could be translated to something like wine is liquefied sunlight. Beautiful, isn’t it?
