How many times have you heard of Tadjikistan? The former Soviet Republic was part of the Silk Route and for centuries trade caravans have passed through its roads. The Tadjik Tearoom is not only a nice place to have tea and delicacies from the exotic country but it also a place to learn more about its history and culture. In some evenings there are music presentations and story-telling sessions. Recommended by my friend Tom Lisboa.
