Lima, once a drab South American capital has become a center of the international culinary scene and an artsy destination making a stop there worthwhile. Give the city a chance on your way to Cuzco and Machu Picchu. You will be surprised by Lima’s energy, its friendly inhabitants and the plethora of new colors and flavors.
