Zuma has an excellent Japanese Izakaya style menu and the setting is striking, with large windows facing the Emirates Towers. Once you have to to make a choice of what to order, you will find it hard not to want to order everything. Getting there can be quite tricky from the main gate of DIFC, but ask your way around. By taxi you can get dropped close to the entrance.
