The Sum of Us is Tom&Serg’s sister venue on the World Trade Center area. The same passion for good food, great coffee and friendly service. They claim to bake the best sourdough bread in the UAE, and one would not be surprised if they actually did as attention to detail is paramount. You can stop by at any time of the day for some granola, sandwiches, quiches and eggs. However, at dinnertime their menu excells and for the pistacchio falafel I would cross the planet (and since I did, I would also order the pumpkin ravioli to make the crossing worth every bit).
