Cariocas are, in general, very conscious about having a healthy lifestyle. Not surprisingly, Rio offers plenty of “green” options when it comes to restaurants. Jaeé, however, brings a new concept to this scenario: it functions as a healthy fast food, where clients pick up from the stall ready-to-eat meals, such as salads, soups and sandwiches. What about a zucchini spaghetti or a quinoa caponata? It also sells a great variety of detox and functional juices. Despite being a “grab-and-go” shop, there are a couple of tables if you prefer to eat over there.
