Mala Fabrika Ukusa may well be the best local restaurant. Almost everybody I met in Belgrade to whom I asked for recommendations, Mala Fabrika was mentioned. The name translates more or less into Little Factory of Good Taste. The focus in on Serbian dishes, however, they are not prepared the traditional way but with surprising little twists. I did not have a chance to eat here but I walked past the entrance and the place looked cozy and people seemed to be having a great time.
