The Museo Universitario de Arte Contemporáneo (MUAC) in the heart of the University campus hosts many exciting exhibitions of contemporary art. The modern building offers a striking contrast to the brutalist architecture of the university. It is a good idea to combine a visit to the campus with other areas of southern Mexico City such as Xochimilco and Coyoacán.
