Quintonil is one of the exceptional wave of new Mexican of restaurants to spring in CDMX. Chef Jorge Vallejo passed through various famous kitchens before setting sail on his own and receiving several accolades. The food is superb and the setting intimate, ideal for a long lunch. I had the tasting menu in order to try most of his creations and did not regret. Would book a ticket to Mexico just to eat there again!
