Estela, on a dingy entrance on Houston, is a very hyped tapas place serving carefully prepared small plates. The atmosphere is industrial, the room rather small, but it is always on everybody’s list of places to eat when in town. The bar seats are reserved for walk-ins so if you arrive early you might get the chance to taste some gorgeous Mediterranean inspired food and wine.
