Bar Primi is one of those very casual New York places with very well curated interiors, a hip crowd and amazingly delicious pasta, made right at the restaurant. They have their own pastificio and chefs Andrew Carmellini and Sal Lamboglia make sure only the best flour and eggs go in the mix. Great wine list, many choices by the glass. I love their cheese selection, with Taleggio, Peccorino and Gorgonzola.
