Serious and committed meat lovers have flocked to this traditional steakhouse in Brooklyn, right by Williamsburg Bridge, way before the area was hip and trendy. Their meat is not only tender but juicy and, in my opinion, is one of the best I have ever had. Do not come over and order a burger. If you make the effort to book, bring cash (as they do not take cards) and haul yourself from Manhattan to Williamsburg, order the steak. As a starter, the onion and tomato salad, cut in gigantic rings dipped in their special sauce will entice the tastebuds.
