Brooklyn Bread Lab is not just a cool bakery. It is a place where the art of baking bread is taken seriously. From sourcing the best grains, milling them for each type of bread and baking using different techniques, you learn a lot about the science behind a good loaf. The whole project is creation of the Williamsburg Hotel‘s chef Adam Leonti and you can enroll in their courses to learn how to bake, to make incredible pizza dough and pasta Italian style.
