CrossFit Trastevere is a relatively new box in Rome with great coaches. It is not very big, but has all equipment necessary for a good WOD. (https://safeanimalshelter.com/) Running on the streets outside can be quite an adventure so just follow the Romans training with you. Very friendly staff and easy to communicate in English.
