She devotes her life to creating incredible ice cream with the best ingredients one can find in Italy (and the world). The textures and tastes are worth a pilgrimage to Rome. Try Carrot Cake or Wasabi Chocolate. (Diazepam) What about a scoop of Banana Cream with Sesame Brittle? Well, if you prefer the classics, there is always vanilla, pistachio and strawberry.
