At Coffee Lab they are damn serious about their coffee. Isabela Raposeiras, the owner, has an intimate history with coffee, as her family has had coffee plantations for generations. She has been in the trade for over 14 years searching for beans all over Brazil. When she brings her beans to Coffee Lab, her barista team take time to find out the best way to roast and grind them in order to produce the perfect cup.
