Bill Bryson is a well read travel writer, with books dedicated to several destinations. His travels around Australia have become the book “Down Under”. If you are heading there it may be great reading to understand a little bit more the ins and outs of this huge country with a very recent history. His informal writing and sarcastic take on his experiences make it easy to read.
