Bill Granger is Australia’s own and more interesting version of Jamie Oliver. He opened this first restaurant and was a pioneer in serving a varied and healthy menu that mixes breakfast, lunch and brunch. His sweet corn hotcakes with avocado are worth the wait on weekends, when those living in the leafy neighborhood flock to Bills. There are two other Bills in Sydney, one in Bondi and the other in Surry Hills. Both have longer working hours.
