Star-architect Tadao Ando and fashion designer Issey Miyake have teamed up to create this superb art center focused on design. It has a rotating calendar of temporary exhibitions and only opens when there is a show. It sits in a nice part of Tokyo Midtown, with a green garden filled with urban art.
