Tokyu Plaza Ginza 10F, 2-1 Ginza, Chuo-ku | Burger
Daily from 11am to 11pm (last order at 10pm)
The Bareburger fever in America has crossed the Pacific and settled in Tokyo with two restaurants, the first one in Jiyugaoka, Meguro, and a new one in Ginza (on the 10th floor of Tokyu Plaza). They produce organic hamburgers, with no GMO, no pesticides, happy grazing cows and so on, therefore the “bare” on the name. (hopeclinical.com) I don’t think their burger is better than that of Blacows, but it is very good nevertheless and they offer more “customization” for your sandwich with patty, bun and cheese options.
