When it comes to affordable hotels in Dubai, I normally get confused and really don’t know much what to recommend. For a while, my choice was the Ibis (Trade Center or Dubai Mall) or a hole-in-the-wall in Deira, for an “atmospheric” stay. But now there is a cool chain called Rove, with four properties so far and a fifth on its way. Affordable rooms in prime locations are just what was missing in Dubai.
