Chocolate is not only an ingredient for Q Aquim: the family who runs the company developed its own chocolate formula in order to produce the most pure delicacy. Their product is milk-free, with no artificial essences and made with handpicked cocoa beans, resulting in an intense flavor and creamy texture. At the store, clients can buy chocolate bars with different cocoa percentages and also French macarons stuffed with, of course, chocolate. Very sophisticated, the late architect Oscar Niemeyer designed the shape of a limited edition of chocolates.
