The Broadsheet Sydney was born out of the desire to explore the development of the drinking and dining scene in Sydney, which has been flourishing since 2008. It not only lists venues but talks about who is behind them, what is their influence in the neighborhoods and how the city is changing. They also cover fashion, travel, entertainment and design. Broadsheet’s platform is mainly online, much like the Concrete Playground. However, they do publish a quarterly printed newspaper and a coffee table recipe book, on sale in major bookstores.
