One of my dreams is to go around Rome looking for the best ice cream. There are so many great gelaterias one could spend a year trying them all. But since we can’t indulge as much, I would go straight to Come il Latte, near Termini Station for their artisanal flavors that change with the seasons. I like asking for two scoops at a time on a cup (generally with a limit of two cups per visit) like Sicilian pistachio and Figs.
